How long has MyMumsWorld (S) in the market?
We are the mother-company for Ridlis Explorer and Ridlis Management which are founded two years ago.
Are we & our freelance therapist certified?
Long ago, all mid-wives and massage therapist are not certified at all. The skills is passed down to generations by generations. Eventually, in this modern technology and society, to be certified add surplus to oneself & our business. We are locally certified and at least one of our freelance therapist are trained by our in-house Founder/Trainer.
We conduct workshops to create more jobs opportunity.
(Basic Traditional Massage Workshop and Basic Postnatal & Prenatal Workshop)
Who are our freelance therapist?
Our freelance therapist are mothers who has at least a child of their own, has gone through labour and child-bearing. This requirements is helpful in understanding our clients needs emotionally.
Our therapist will also be able to support client for breastfeeding basic needs. For more breastfeeding support, you may request for Marlini - Founder / Managing Director & Therapist who has experienced in breastfeeding support and has breastfed her own children for over 8years aged 8yrs, 6yrs & 30month old.
What type of oil do we use?
Our oil are home-brewed with fresh & high grade ingredients, certified by HSA sold by Madam Fatimah who has over 30yrs of experience in the massage & oil trading industry. In any ways, we are not affiliated with her or her organisation as mentioned.
What type of massage in practise?
We do massage incorporating the Indonesian Traditional Massage and other related massage such as Relaxing Massage, or Point Massage which similar to Deep Tissue Massage.
We only practise tummy-wrap using the 'tying-knots' type which hugs the body following the difference of each individuals.
We exhibit hygiene all the times each time we attend to clients. Materials for physical application will NOT be re-used.
Any un-used will be discard.
What are the modes of payments for massage services & other in-store products?
We accept Account Transfer, IBanking, by PayPal (with or w/out credit/debit card) and cheque.
Items will be mail out or services confirmed once cheque is cleared.
Do you shipped internationally?
Yes. Shipping charges & handling applicable. Do check with us before you confirm.
How long will it takes item to reach me?
For locals, do allowed max of 5days, while International, do allowed a max of 12days.
